Improvisations-Theater ist, kurz gesagt, das Schauspielen ohne Skript. Beim Improtheater lassen die Spieler*innen gemeinsam Geschichten und Charaktere auf der Bühne entstehen, die sie sich spontan ausdenken. Dabei kann der Kreativität freien Lauf gelassen werden
Kurzform-Formate bestehen aus vielen kurzen, meistens nicht zusammenhängenden, Szenen inspiriert durch verschiedene Vorgaben aus dem Publikum. Häufig steht jede Szene für sich allein. Im Kurs üben wir u.a., wie wir in Szenen witzig sein können, wie wir uns auf unsere Mitspieler*innen einlassen können und wie man wahre Emotionen auf der Bühne darstellt.
Der Kurzform-Kurs ist ein wenig anfängerfreundlicher, da wir hier zunächst die Basics des Improtheaters behandeln.
Ihr dürft und könnt aber beide Kurse ohne Vorkenntnisse besuchen! Das Wichtigste ist, dass ihr Lust auf gemeinsames Theaterspielen habt.
In short, improvisational theater is acting without a script. In improv, the performers work together on stage to create stories and characters that they come up with on the spot. This allows creativity to run free.
Short-form formats consist of many short, mostly unrelated scenes inspired by various prompts from the audience. Often, each scene stands on its own. In the course, we’ll practice, among other things, how to be funny in scenes, how to engage with our fellow performers, and how to portray genuine emotions on stage.
The short-form course is a bit more beginner-friendly, as we’ll start by covering the basics of improv theater.
But you’re welcome to take either course without any prior experience! The most important thing is that you’re excited about acting together.
