Sowohl Anfängerinnen als auch Frauen mit Vorkenntnissen aus anderen Selbstverteidigungskursen oder Kampfsportarten lernen effektive Skills.

Um im Rahmen des Workshops einzelne Verteidigungssituationen unter möglichst realistischen Bedingungen zu üben, wird der Kurs von einem männlichen Trainer geleitet.
Du brauchst Fitnessbekleidung, saubere Hallenschuhe, Getränk.
Zeitraum 1 (Vorlesungszeit)
Every day we hear about violence and aggression in the news - even in direct proximity. Way too rarely have the victims of this violence a way to defend themselves. Modern self-defense training can work against this.
In the course "Self-defense" such a training shall be offered. The name describes the form of the training: What is trained is what serves to defend oneself or a person in trouble. This includes basic forms of behavior, punching, kicking, throwing and lever techniques, as well as defense against weapons.
Characteristic of the training is that it is not tied to physical fitness. Finally, the course is aimed at everyone who wants to feel safer in general, regardless of their previous fitness.
Furthermore, the training lives from the ideas and experiences of the participants, because a modern self-defense training is close to reality. To convey this closeness to reality, the training uses a variety of methods such as role plays, drills and thought experiments. Thus the training promises a learning success already after the first unit.
The course does not require any previous knowledge.
