My name is Ayse. I am a Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT 500 teacher, certified Doula (+ midwife B.Sc. in the making) and Childbirth Educator including Ayurvedic pre- & postnatal care for Mommy & Baby & Midwife B.Sc.
My path to teach Traditional Tantra Kaula Yoga started in 2011 when I had left my conventional career in London to set off to a manifold experience in Asia. It was in India, where I met a teacher that touched and humbled me deeply with sacred knowledge and practices that even helped me to recover from a serious health condition. Over the next 3 years I spent as much time as possible in the ashram, broadening my knowledge and practice of this ancient system. Ever since then, I have been committed to share from my experience, which has enriched every area of my life. It has not been easy but even more rewarding as light has been shed on all facets of myself that helped me thrive.
This is exactly what this asana practice is about: firm and gentle, yet challenging to become aware of your whole potential and to realise your True Self, letting go of limiting conditioning without judgement but with appreciation in the process of relaxation.
