Die Mannschaftsportart Indiaca ist ein dynamisches und schnelles Rückschlagspiel mit südamerikanischen Wurzeln. Viele kennen es als Strand- oder Gartenspiel. Was vielen nicht wissen ist, dass Indiaca-Meisterschaften auf lokaler bis internationale Ebenen ausgetragen werden.
Die Spielfeder ist beschreibbar als weicher Hockey-Puck mit roten Federn. Die Spielweise ist ähnlich wie im Volleyball mit drei Kontakten aber nur 5 Spielern auf jeder Seite.
In diesem Kurs werden die Grundschläge zum Aufschlag, Annahme, Zuspiel, Block, Abwehr und Angriff thematisiert, sodass am Ende des Kurses erste Ballwechsel und ein bewegungsreiches Spiel zustande kommt. Im großen Vordergrund stehen beim Indiaca vor allem die Gemeinschaft und der Spaß am Spiel.
Um an dem Kurs teilzunehmen solltet ihr Hallenschuhe und Sportkleidung tragen mit denen ihr euch gut bewegen könnt. Empfohlen (nicht verpflichtend) sind Knieschoner.
The team sport Indiaca is a dynamic and fast rebound game from South America. It is known to most people as a game played on the beach or in the garden. What they don't know is that Indiaca championships are played from local to international levels.
The feather can be described as a soft field hockey puck with red feathers. The style of playing is similar to volleyball with three contacts but only 5 players on each side.
In this course the basic strokes for serving, receiving, passing, blocking, defending and attacking are focused, so that the first ball changes and a game full of movement can be achieved at the end of the course. The main focus of Indiaca is the team spirit and the fun of the game.
To participate in the course, you should wear indoor shoes and sportswear with which you can move well. Knee pads are recommended (not obligatory).
